Fishing Report

Tradewinds Crew

Fishing has been somewhat scattered on our Rockfish trips the last couple of days, but today’s boats saw encouraging improvement, giving us high hopes for the rest of the week. With beautiful ocean conditions in the forecast, we’re expecting the Rockfish bite to continue improving as the fish settle back into their normal feeding patterns.
🦀 Crabbing remains a great addition to every trip! Loads have been consistently good, with plenty of quality Dungeness crab coming back to the dock each day.
🐟 Coho salmon fishing aboard the Mr. Max continues to produce! Over the last two days, the Mr. Max landed 6 keeper Coho along with a beautiful Chinook, followed by 13 keeper Coho and another impressive Chinook. With excellent ocean conditions ahead and more fish continuing to move into the area, we’re optimistic that the salmon bite will keep building and only get better as the week goes on.
We have openings on our 5-hour Coho salmon trips aboard the Mr. Max tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday, so now is a great time to get your trip on the books!
Our bottom fishing trips depart daily, with or without crabbing, and there’s still plenty of summer fishing ahead.
