Tradewinds Crew
The crabbing is really picking up for us with the Kadaho scoring 125 crab! They are really showing up in our shallower waters providing a legit bounty. When their $35 to $45 a piece in the stores its well worth crabbing also. They are Hard Shelled and stuffed with the sweetest meat in the Pacific!
All but 1 of our 5 boats today provided Limits of Toad Rockfish but the Lings didn't show back up as expected. The water was still at 57 degrees but should start cooling significantly with the today's rain.
The Mariner got all their Rockfish early and tried for Lings for a while with no luck. 67 crab on a short soak as the clients were happy with their nice collection of Bombers.
Mr Max was a ditto with 76 crab. Great Grade of Rockfish with a few nice Lingers.
Outer Limits was done early also on the Rockfish and tried for Lings with a few cooperating. 86 crab.
Kingfisher was less than a dozen short of a limit but they were Huge Fish with some Lings in the mix. No crabbing on the Fisher today.
Then the Kadaho got all their Rockfish and some Lings and even got some Crew Crab to bring home.
The Weather and Ocean are turning back around starting tomorrow so Quit Wishin'!!
