Hot Rockfish Bite But Too Hot for Lingcod

We were limited on our Rockfish by 830am today on a very warm ocean of 58 plus degrees.  So warm we fished for Lings for 2 more hours and only got a few.  When the water warms up too much the Lings become lethargic and just aren't in attack mode. 

Crabbing is really improving with 5 per crabber and it should only get better as the crab are moving into our beaches.

The forecast looks great until Sunday Afternoon when some winds and swell are spose to hit us for a couple of days.  

We still have space tomorrow and some rare space on a Saturday so let's go gettem!
