Quick Limits of Rockfish On A Beautiful Day

Hello again y'all, it's Trejan on the Sunrise. Today we left the harbor and laid our pots in our usual place. After setting the pots, we traveled about 5 minutes south. We got a couple of fish our first drift but things picked up rapidly on the second drift. We got about 15 rockfish on our second drift and about 13 in our third. Drifts like the second and third kept on happeneing until we limited out in a little less than 2 hours. After we limited out, we went Lingcod fishing. Lingcod didn't want to bite today so we didn't get a lot but it was a beautiful day in the ocean. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip and a fantastic day to go fishing on the Sunrise.
