Today, bottom fishing was slow due to warmer water temperatures. The fish seemed to be hesitant to bite, making it a bit challenging to land a catch. It usually takes the rockfish a day or two to adjust to temp changes so they should be back on the bite anytime.  

However, the tuna made for a fun day chasing these fish. They were more active and eager. 

Looking ahead, offshore conditions for the beginning of next week don't look great. Safety should always be a top priority when venturing out into the open waters.
